Things I will be expecting from Saturday's episode...

1. Slightly flawed Northern-actress-doing-posh-voice accent.

2. An imaginative set - Gaiman's comics and films are always full of rich imagery.

3. Relatively minor roles for Amy and Rory - I just have a feeling about this one.

Any predictions? (no spoilers without spoiler warnings please)

I actually think Amy and Rory are gonna have their whole other little storyline going on... which would be AWESOME.

I predict... no one recognising that it's Michael Sheen's voice unless they specifically know...

Hmm... OH I predict she's not a real Time Lord! Come ON, when is it EVER?

Absolutely. Especially the 'Oh is Morrissey really the NEXT DOCTOR OMGWTFBBQ' while I'm in the corner pounding my head on the desk.

Yes, of course. Which is why he's coming into a story a year before Tennant leaves. And why they NAMED it 'The Next Doctor'.

I have read online that he wants Amy & Rory "out of his hair" which is why they're on the TARDIS while he's on the junk-yard planet. When the TARDIS is attacked by the entity at the junk-yard, the Doctor's going to feel quite guilty. I know people think they see 9 or 10's TARDIS but all I see is the current TARDIS tinged green due to the entity. I've also seen the Blue Peter segment about the girl who designed the new TARDIS console for this episode (lucky!).
So I expect:
-To see more of the interior of the TARDIS
-To see the Doctor building a new console so he can pursue his ship
-To cry for Idris (she's mad)
-To cry for the Doctor (he thinks he's finding more Time Lords after all)
-To be more blown away than I was by Black Spot

I'm predicting tears on my part. I had heard that something *spoilers*

reduces The Doctor to tears. Whenever that happens, I cry too. Especially since we haven't really seen 11 in tears. Sad and upset, yes, but not in tears.

I think that Rory and Amy will have a pretty important part in the storyline I believe being alone will have a lot of things coming to the forefront of their relationship.

I think that the mysterious woman is actually the TARDIS corporal which would make the story very interesting.

I agree with all these except maybe about Amy and Rory. I think they will either have minor roles, or have a seperate part going on.

One website gave a spoiler-free review and described it as the perfect episode to show to your friends to introduce them to Doctor Who so I really can't wait!!

I predict us learning more about Time Lords and TARDISs, and can't wait to find out more about the woman (who I'm hoping it going to be as mad as the trailers have made her look!)
