I've now watched the episode twice, and made some notes too. Last night I felt sort of... let-down. Today, after the second viewing, I am blown away and wiping away tears. I got SO much more out of this on the second viewing. I'll put the rest of this behind a cut, just in case there's someone out there reading this who hasn't seen the episode yet.

The TARDIS can do lots of timey-wimey stuff, obviously. And we've seen Rory die and come back and whatever. So is that just a hallucation of Rory or is it a snippet of something that actually happened, then unhappened? You can't really be sure what with the timey-wimeyness and the bizarre alive/dead thing going on with Rory. What I'm saying is, regardless of whether's it real or not, I'm not sure that it's all in Amy's head.
