I've now watched the episode twice, and made some notes too.  Last night I felt sort of... let-down.  Today, after the second viewing, I am blown away and wiping away tears.  I got SO much more out of this on the second viewing.  I'll put the rest of this behind a cut, just in case there's someone out there reading this who hasn't seen the episode yet.

I liked it much more on second viewing too. Regarding the swimming pool, we've established now that the TARDIS can archive old rooms and bring back old rooms and pretty much do whatever it wants away from the control room without the Doctor really noticing. So I wouldn't say the swimming pool is definitively gone. If the TARDIS wants a swimming pool, the TARDIS has a swimming pool.

The interesting thing about the corridor scenes and the hallucinations is this... I'm not really sure that they are definitely hallucinations. The TARDIS can do lots of timey-wimey stuff, obviously. And we've seen Rory die and come back and whatever. So is that just a hallucation of Rory or is it a snippet of something that actually happened, then unhappened? You can't really be sure what with the timey-wimeyness and the bizarre alive/dead thing going on with Rory. What I'm saying is, regardless of whether's it real or not, I'm not sure that it's all in Amy's head.
