Amy Pond Haters?

I've been reading a lot of reactions to the last episode, and seeing a LOT of Amy-hatin' goin' on out there (with a dash of River-hatin' too).  I must admit it baffles me, but also makes me curious.  What do you all think of Amy?  Love her?  Hate her?  Did you always feel this way or have your feelings for her changed over the course of the past 1 1/2 seasons?
