Just in case you've missed it, Moffat has now quashed the rumours of a Hollywood movie.

I know who I believe, but it does make you wonder what David Yates was playing at. Perhaps he really wants to do a Who movie and believed that fan interest following his statements would help such a movie get made?

I like the idea that it's the Silences fault. But in reality I haven't a clue. David Yates sounds a bit mental to be honest.
