"The Rebel Flesh" anticipation and speculation thread

SFX have a "spoiler free preview" containing 20 hints about what will happen in "The Rebel Flesh." So what are you expecting from the episode? My thoughts are under the cut.

On the one hand, Matthew Graham co-created "Life on Mars" and "Ashes to Ashes." This bodes well. On the other hand, Matthew Graham wrote "Fear Her" in the second series of Doctor Who. I love "Life on Mars" and "Ashes to Ashes." I fell asleep watching "Fear Her."

Having read the synopsis, I think this two-parter probably has a lot more promise than "Fear Her." Therefore, I'm going to predict an average or slightly above average, fairly traditional Who story.

I also predict that Marshall Lancaster will have a fairly limited role, and that I will find myself disappointed by this. I'm also expecting a "what the fuck?" moment at the end of the two-parter, since it's the penultimate episode before the summer break.

Thoughts?

I hope to enjoy the story - it has a lot of promise. I also expect we're going to see the Doctor "cloned" at one point. And probably at some point Rory (or a Rory clone) will die.

My hubby just floated a theory. He believes Amy has been cloned. The woman in the TARDIS is not Amy but her duplicate. The TARDIS keeps spazzing on the pregnancy test because the REAL Amy is pregnant but her clone is not. I looked at him like he was nuts, until I thought a little more. The rack-thing Amy is strapped to when they rescue her from the Silence looks a good deal like the racks used in this upcoming episode, and also like what the Sontarans attached Martha to when they cloned her.
