Granted Moff's said some dumb things - often taken out of context - but I give him credit for creating at least an INTERESTING character. I do believe him when he makes statements about chemistry. I'm not a fan of River, but Alex and Matt had some great chemistry. As do Matt, Karen and Arthur.
